Terms of Service

ExecSearches.com, Inc. · Effective October 5, 2026 · Governed by the laws of the State of Texas

These terms apply to execsearches.com and every page, feed, file and interface served from it. By using the site, by any means including automated means, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

ExecSearches.com, Inc., 7855 Meadow Park Dr., Suite C, Dallas, TX 75230. Reach us at contact@execsearches.com or through our contact page. We have served the nonprofit sector since 1998.

2. What we do

We publish job postings for nonprofit, public sector, education and mission-driven employers, and we send job alerts to people who ask for them. We are a job board. We are not the employer, we do not screen applicants, and we are not a party to any hiring decision.

We have stopped conducting executive search ourselves. We are not competing with the search firms who post with us.

3. Posting a job

4. Your posting does not get deleted

When a search closes we do not delete the page. The web address keeps working and the page becomes a record of that role. This is deliberate. It is why a posting with us keeps earning attention for the organization that placed it long after the search is over. If you need a page taken down, tell us and we will take it down.

5. Payment, and the refund promise

Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

If you pay for a service and you do not believe it was worth what you spent, tell us. We will ask what went wrong so that we can learn from it, and we will refund you. There is no window to beat and you do not have to argue for it.

That promise is deliberate and we mean it literally. It is in these terms so that it is not just a marketing line.

6. Using the site as a job seeker

Free. No account required to search or to read a posting. You may set up job alerts and stop them at any time; every alert carries a one-click unsubscribe.

7. Privacy, in short

We set one cookie, it is required, and it is there for security. We do not track you across the internet, we do not sell your information, and we do not feed your activity to anyone's AI training. The full detail is in our privacy policy, which governs if anything here conflicts with it.

8. Our content

The selection, arrangement, structuring and presentation of listings on this site, together with our guides, taxonomies and page markup, are ours. You may read them, link to them and quote them with attribution. You may not copy the compilation, republish it, or build a competing database from it.

9. Automated access

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome within robots.txt. Everything else needs our written permission, including crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers, agents, retrieval systems and model training or grounding pipelines.

Accessing the site by automated means without permission, or ignoring robots.txt, is unauthorized use. We log it, we preserve the logs, and we pursue it. Our full unauthorized access policy, including the liquidated damages that apply, covers this site and the rest of our network.

10. Things we do not promise

We do not guarantee that a posting will produce a hire, that the site will be available without interruption, or that information supplied by an employer is accurate. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after that is acceptance. Changes do not apply backwards to a posting you already paid for.

12. Governing law

Texas law governs, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Venue is Dallas County, Texas.

13. If something is wrong

Tell us before you tell a lawyer. contact@execsearches.com. A complaint is welcome. We read them first.
